Standard Mouse Functions:
- Click on Map image to Zoom In to clicked location.
- Click and drag on Map image to draw a zoom box. Map will zoom into selected box.
Internet Explorer Mouse Functions:
Functions add following to Standard Mouse Functions:
- Hold
Shift Key while performing Standard Mouse Functions to
Zoom Out.
- Hold
CTRL Key while clicking on Map for
centering or panning to clicked location.
Buttons:
Click the
Zoom In Button to zoom in to the center of the map.
Click the
Zoom Out Button to zoom out from the center of the map.
Click the
Printable Map Button to view a printable image of the current map. Use your browser's print options
to print your results.
Click the
Legend Button to view a Legend of map icons.
Click the
Driving Directions Button to find a driving route to the maps plotted location.
Click the
Help Button to view this page.
Click the
Zoom Level Indicator Buttons to Zoom to that buttons Zoom Level.
Routing Details:
Create a route between two locations based on either the fastest of shortest route. Display results in various
formats: text based or include segment bitmaps and directions or combinations thereof.
Complete the routing form with a start address. Abbreviations are permitted, such as State
abbreviations. Click the "Find" button to create the route to the plotted location.
Your route and driving directions will be displayed in a separate result window. "No locations found" will be displayed in the status bar of the view should either
address go unfound. Check your address and try again.
Query Result Window
The result window lists the start and end addresses, total distance and travel time of route and segment by
segment driving directions. Browse individual segments by selecting a segment from the window. Your selected
segment will be labeled in the view.
Print or display options include "Text only", "Text with full route", "Text with Full Route and segments" and "Only visible
(on the map) segments". Select a print option and then click the Print Tool in the result window. Use your
browser's print options to print your results.
